Includes 11 SAFe agent roles, 20 model-invoked skills, 24 slash commands, and a three-layer architecture of hooks, commands, and skills. Ships the SAFe x AI-DLC fusion (AWS's AI-Driven Development Life Cycle cadence, where evidence-gated Bolts replace sprints), plus Dark Factory autonomous agent teams and an evidence-verified Knowledge Vault.
Creator. Developed the evidence-based multi-agent development framework that implements SAFe methodology for AI teams, forged over 5 months of production use, 169 issues, and 2,100+ commits.

An open-source Edge-AI fabric that balances privacy, security, and elasticity for creators of all sizes, with 716 tests passing.
Creator & Architect. Designed and built the platform using the SAFe Agentic Workflow harness, with 11 specialized agents and 18 model-invoked skills driving development.

Deloitte SAFe Studio Model
Product Owner in a complex internal large data project. Drive the transformation of Studio 1 (out of 3 in the Train) from startup/POC to enterprise operation. Volunteered to be PO in Alpha teams doing AI/ML research around how to improve record keeping within the firm.
My role is to identify the customer need and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill, articulate what success looks like for a product, and rally our team to turn that vision into a reality.
GrailPay
Risk intelligence and payments platform for B2B commerce, positioned as the trust layer for instant and agentic payments. GrailPay closed a $10.5M Series A in June 2026 ($17.2M raised to date) and is approaching $5 billion in annualized payment volume, up 20x year over year. Products include Account Intelligence, Transaction Intelligence, Guaranteed ACH, and instant money movement.
Early key player, with equity from helping get the company started. Shaped early product direction: identifying customer needs, defining what success looked like, and rallying the team to build it.
